1. Start by opening Internet Explorer either from your desktop or the Start menu.
2. In the address bar, type the location of our News Feed (http://mynucleus.ca/inc/bulletins_rss.cfm).

3. When the News Feed page comes up, click the line that reads "Subscribe to this feed."

4. In the Properties window that will popup, confirm your selection by clicking the Subscribe button.

5. You can now revisit the news feed by clicking the Favorities icon on the main toolbar in Internet Explorer and then switching to your bookmarked Feeds by clicking Feeds button.
